This was the third official film I worked on during my time at SCAD. With a team of 83 artists it is the largest production I've been a part of and have had the pleasure of managing and supporting. I worked very closely alongside the Director, entire team, and Professor to create this incredible film.

My tasks included but were not limited to, note taking and distribution, file/asset management, communication encouragement and guidance, introducing new team members to the project, scheduling and attending meetings, tracking assets, assigning tasks to artists, and tracking deliverables through Google Sheets and ShotGrid Studio, and giving feedback during and outside of class.

Working with the Director, I created a set of sheets through Google Sheets and used them to track the entirety of the film. While we both tag teamed in updating and organizing the sheet, the Associate Producer and I organized our project in ShotGrid Studio.

I explored and learned more ways to track, schedule and document parts of the pipeline.Many people do things differently due to personal style/preference so learning from others help widen my knowledge and approaches.
